Physical activity helps our body and mind in many ways. Right now, as life as we know it has been changing and physical interaction is limited, staying connected, keeping active and supporting mental health are more important than ever.
Move 4 Kids is a workplace 4-week challenge that invites participants to stay connected, move for a minimum of 30 mins a day and includes a small fundraising component for Camp Quality.
